As the weather starts getting cooler, many coffee shops have started selling their pumpkin spiced lattes. Are you aware of how unhealthy they are? I know, they taste good but check to see how many calories and fat they contain. Some even have added salt. Of the various shops I researched, most were about 300 calories, around 10 grams of fat and one had about 12 tablespoons of sugar. Have you found a healthier version at your favorite coffee shop?
