1 lg onion chopped into thick pieces
2 garlic cloves, pressed or minced

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

Preparation
1. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, and lime juice. Season with chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pressed garlic.

2. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish with the sauce and stir to coat.
3. Preheat the grill medium high. Thread the chicken onto the skewers, alternating with chopped onion pieces
4. Line the grill with foil, grill skewers for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
