Recipe: Fall Salad with walnuts, apples, greens

Crunchy walnuts, sweet and tart apples, and savory herbed greens make a lovely salad.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons  Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 (5 ounce) package Fresh Herb Salad Mix
1  Granny Smith Apple, cut into 16 wedges
1/2 cup Walnut Pieces and Halves, chopped

Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add salad mix, apple, and walnuts; toss well.
