8 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
Thyme grilled chicken
1/2 seedless cucumber, peeled and cut into thin slices
1 cup shredded carrots
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup soy vinaigrette
1/2 cup crunchy fried noodles or wonton stripes
1. Rub chicken with thyme, grill until done…white in the middle.
2. In large bowl, combine cabbage, chicken, cucumber, carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds. Add soy vinaigrette and toss until well mixed.
3. Divide among 4 plates, then top with fried noodles or wonton strips.
* You can substitute shrimp, pork, or steak for the chicken
**You can add your own vegetables like, pea pods, cauliflower, broccoli, water chestnuts
