Greetings,
My name is Brian Watson, and I grew up in Grand Junction, Colorado. I went to Fruita Monument High School and graduated in 1998. After which, I enrolled in a program at the Helen Keller National Center on Long Island, New York. Here I learned to live more independently.
I attended Mesa State College now known as Colorado Mesa University, in the year of 1999 and matriculated with two Bachelor Degrees, one in history and the other in Spanish. While I was at this institution I did two study abroad programs one to Costa Rica and the other to Spain. These were very educational and I would like the chance to visit both of these countries again.
I was contemplating going to law school at ASU but decided that I could assist more people while employed as a Massage Therapist. This is why I enrolled at the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe, Az in October 2007. I attended the program for 7 months and received my license in June 2008. After which I also took the opportunity to attend the Masters Program at the same school. I did this to learn more advanced skills to help people on their road to recovery. I graduated this program in December 2008.
I also took and passed the National Certification of Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworks in the year 2008. After which I went to work in the winter of 2009 at arenas for Professional Team Ropers in Arizona and have done this for the last three winters. I have worked for a Chiropractor in Chandler, Az and for the Massage Store here in Grand Junction. I have worked for Abundant Health since April 2011.
My specialties are:deep tissue, Cranial Sacral, Shiatsu, Hydro-Stone, Accu- Pressure, and I am working on my Practitionership in Ortho-Bionomy.
