Tuna and Rice Casserole (No Wheat, Egg, Milk or Gluten)
1 6 1/2 oz can water-packed Tuna, Flaked
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Rice
1/4 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Chopped fresh Mushrooms
1/4 Celery, Tomato or Green Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Dried Basil or Doill Weed
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Combine ingredients. Place in a shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until browned (about 20-25 minutes). Serves 2.
