Tangy Pumpkin Seed Salad

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
freshly ground pepper
10 cups lettuce
1/3 cup toasted pumpkin seeds

Preparation
1. Rinse lettuce, and set aside in bowl
2. In a small bowl, add minced garlic and salt.
3. Whisk lemon juice and worcestershire sauce into the garlic
4. Continue to whisk while pouring olive oil in, until smooth
5. Add pepper for taste
6. Add seeds to lettuce, then pour dressing over
7. Toss to coat with dressing and serve
